fresh turmeric – 1 tsp finely chopped or grated
fresh ginger – 1 -2 tsp finely chopped or grated
cinnamon – 1/4 inch piece of cinnamon stick wrap (Not the whole cinnamon stick)
- Bring water to boil in stainless steel pot
- Add ingredients to water
- Let simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Strain and enjoy!
